Standard Warranty Coverage

• New Products: 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
• Refurbished/Open-Box Products: 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Hardware failures under normal use conditions.

What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• Water or liquid damage.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose.
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Our team will assess the claim and may request photos or additional information.
3. If approved, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Manufacturer Warranties
